Redington House is a fully occupied tenant block. Due to these circumstances Texo were required by the clients, to erect the access scaffold with minimal disruption to tenants.
Redington House was in a state of disrepair, we were required to erect the scaffolding in a short time period, therefore the stress on Health & Safety was put to a maximum, also having to deal with tenants complaints and aggrievances at the same time.
The scaffold was a fully boarded scaffold to an 8 storey block, with full design.
