Access scaffolds and associated hoists for window replacements on 13-storey tower blocks with residents in situ.
The tower blocks were to remain fully occupied whilst the scaffold was erected. Again, the need for understanding of Tenants sensitivities were paramount. We had constant engagement with the site Residents Liaison Officer (R.L.O). All pedestrian management & diversions were reset on a daily basis.
